A user is anyone enrolled in your active program with a Wink account. Activity doesn't change the count: whether someone logs in every day or once a quarter, they count once.
Standard plans cover one active program at a time. If you need multiple programs running concurrently, or programs separated by region or department, that's our Enterprise tier.
We notify you when you approach the cap. Your plan moves to the next tier automatically at the start of the following billing cycle. We never block participants midprogram.
Yes. You can move up or down at any billing cycle. Annual prepayment commitments lock the tier for the year.
Yes. 15% off on annual prepayment, 10% off on quarterly prepayment. Standard billing is monthly.
