How are consents managed?

Wink allows you to enter up to 5 consents. In projects WITHOUT LOGIN, they will appear at the bottom of the participation form, which is unique and collects both personal data and the data of the purchase document (if required by the regulation).

Mandatory consent

The first consent is mandatory and must concern the privacy policy and the possible acceptance of the regulation.

Additional consents

The last four consents are optional, you can add them or not and decide whether to make them mandatory.

In projects WITH LOGIN, the participation form is split into two separate modules:

‍A a form is dedicated to the collection of personal data of the participant‍
B a form is dedicated to the collection of information on the purchase document.

It is possible to add up to 5 consents:
➜ the first 3 will appear at the bottom of the form A of personal data collection
➜ the last 2 at the bottom of the form B Receipt data collection

Form A consents (personal data collection)

A1 ➜ Mandatory consent. The first consent is mandatory and must include at least the privacy policy and the processing of personal data.

A2 ➜ Additional consents. The last two consents are optional, you can add them or not and decide whether to make them mandatory.
